Starting 8:30 AM, Thursday, March 30, 2023, Washington Street southbound at Rosser Avenue will have restricted movements from Avenue B through Rosser Avenue. The Forestry Department will be removing a tree on the west side of Washington Street. The lane restriction will be in place Thursday till noon, weather permitting.
Traffic may experience congestion during peak hours.
