[ARCHIVED] Lane Reduction Removal on Bismarck Expressway between 3rd St and 9th St

Starting 8:00 AM, Friday May 27, 2022, Bismarck Expressway traffic lane reduction between 3rd St and 9th St will be removed, and all lanes will be reopened to traffic.
