Two separate lines are being formed for traffic at the Missouri Valley Complex Sandbag Site. One line for trucks and a separate line for trucks with trailers. This is to manage traffic flow at the site and to speed the flow of traffic. Truck waiting time is currently approximately 1 ½ hours because trucks hold fewer sandbags. Trucks with trailers waiting time is currently 4 – 5 hours because trucks with trailers have a larger capacity and take more time to load.
