People coming to Sandbag Central with trailers (Missouri Valley Complex), looking for sandbags, should go to the new Sandbag Central South, located at the Northern Plains Commerce Center (1901 Northern Plains Dr.). They will get through much faster there. There is a three hour wait at the fairgrounds site.
