BISMARCK, N.D. – Starting at 7:00 am on Thursday, October 21, 2021, East Avenue A will be closed to traffic between 3rd Street and 4th Street to replace HVAC equipment on the roof of Trinity Lutheran Church. The closure will be in place until end of the day on Thursday, weather permitting.
No detour route will be in place.
Access to local businesses will be maintained.
