BISMARCK, ND – Starting Wednesday, August 18, 2021, 4th Street north of Saturn Drive to north of Lunar Lane will be closed to through traffic. Pavement reconstruction work will be taking place. This roadway closure will be in place through August 27.
Access will be maintained to private residents along 4th Street.
During peak traffic periods, drivers can anticipate longer than normal delays and congestion along the detour routes.
A detour route will be in place. The detour route for northbound traffic will be west on Interstate Avenue, north on Washington Street, east on Century Avenue to 4th Street. The detour route for southbound traffic will be west on Century Avenue, south on Washington Street, east on Interstate Avenue to 4th Street.
Traffic is asked to modify their travel routes and seek alternate routes.
