BISMARCK, ND – Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2020, the intersection of 1st Street and Rosser Avenue will be closed to through traffic for approximately all day to install a water main as part of the water main replacement project. This intersection should be reopened to traffic in late evening.
Access to local traffic will be maintained.
