Starting at 7:00 AM, Thursday, September 17, 2020, Rosser Avenue Closure from 4th Street to 6th Street will be closed to through traffic for installation of a water main value on Rosser Avenue. 5th Street will be closed to traffic between Thayer Avenue and East Avenue C.
Suggested Detour routes for east/west travel in the Central Business District will be Main Avenue or East Avenue C.
Access to businesses will be maintained.
Access into the Courthouse Parking Lot from the east on Rosser Avenue.
Traffic can anticipate congestion and are asked to seek alternate routes.
