ANNUAL ACTION PLAN AMENDMENTS
PUBLIC NOTICE
August 21, 2020
The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires that the City of Bismarck
develop a 5-year strategy document which states the community development and housing needs of the jurisdiction and annually submits, in a single application for funding, its request for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program funds. This strategy document is called the Consolidated Plan, and the single application for funding is called the Annual Action Plan (AAP). When significant changes occur to the Consolidated Plan and subsequent AAPs, the City of Bismarck must propose amendments to be reviewed by the public for a 30-day comment period. The City of Bismarck Community Development Department proposes the following amendments:
2018 CDBG Funding:
Patterson Place Project $60,000.00
The Patterson Place project was cancelled due to the project owner giving up CDBG funding, and now those funds are proposed to be reprogrammed for the 2019 program year. A future 2019 amendment will stipulate what those funds are to be used for.
The public may comment on the proposed plan and CDBG projects as follows.
