Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, January 25, 2011, approved an ordinance rezoning from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the R5-Residential zoning district on Lots 1-7 and Lot 7, Block 1; Lots 2-18 and Lots 20-25, Block 2; Lots 1-12, Block 3; and Lots 1-3, Block 4 and from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the P-Public zoning district on Lot 8, Block 1; and Lots 1 and 19, Block 2, Sattler’s Sunrise Eighth Addition.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
