BISMARCK, ND –Starting 7:00 AM, Monday, June 15, 2020, Rosser Avenue will be restricted to two-way traffic. Parking will be removed on Rosser Avenue and traffic lanes will be shifted to the south side of Rosser Avenue. Basaraba Excavating will be working along the north curb line modifying water main valves.
The traffic restriction will be in place all week.
No detour route for this closure will be in place.
Traffic is asked to plan ahead and seek alternate routes.
