[ARCHIVED] Burgum directs flags flown at half-staff in honor of shooting victims in Ohio, Texas

Gov. Burgum has directed all government agencies to fly the U.S. and N.D. flags at half-staff until sunset Thurs., Aug. 8, and encourages residents to do the same at their homes & businesses, as a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the shootings.
