Starting Monday at 8:00 a.m., July 8, 2019, Rosser Avenue between 22nd Street and 16th Street will be closed to through traffic to through traffic to resume work on the water main reconstruction project.
Eastbound traffic will be detoured south on 16th Street to Broadway Avenue then east on Broadway Avenue to 22nd Street and then north on 22nd Street back to Rosser Avenue.
Westbound traffic will be detoured south on 22nd Street to Broadway Avenue then west on Broadway Avenue to 16th Street and then north on 16th Street back to Rosser Avenue.
Traffic can anticipate congestion during peak hours and are asked to seek alternate routes.
