Bismarck Mayor Mike Seminary is looking for a candidate interested in serving on the Bismarck Parking Authority. The volunteer committee has one open position. The position is a new term through March 2023. Anyone residing in the City of Bismarck is eligible for this appointment.

The deadline for applications is Saturday, March 31, 2018. It is anticipated that the new board member will be announced at the April 10, 2018, Board of City Commissioners’ meeting.
The Bismarck Parking Authority is a 5-member advisory board appointed by the Bismarck City Commission to provide convenient reasonably priced parking to the residents, clients, customers, merchants, and employees of the Downtown Parking District. The Bismarck Parking Authority currently manages three ramps and one surface lot. The total number of spaces under management is approximately 1,754.
The Bismarck Parking Authority board meets the second Thursday of every month at 9:00 a.m. in the City-County Building, 221 N 5th Street, Bismarck.
