Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of First International Bank and Trust for approval of a major PUD amendment for Lot 1, Block 1, Capitol View Addition; Lot 1, Block 1, Capital Place; and Lots 5-10, Block 8, Fisher Addition to allow the operation of a microbrewery within the allowed restaurant/bar and add two monument signs to the east side of the property. The property is located in north central Bismarck, along the east side of State Street and the south side of East Divide Avenue.
• Request of Leon Sabot for approval of a special use permit to increase the total square footage of accessory buildings to 2,900 square feet by constructing a 1,400 square-foot addition onto the existing 1,500 square-foot accessory building on Lot 1, Block 1, Layn Subdivision. The property is located north of Bismarck, along the east side of Centennial Road, between 57th Avenue NE and 71st Avenue NE (6825 Centennial Road).
• Request of McCabe United Methodist Church for approval of a special use permit for a child care center to be located on Lots 1-16 and Lots 24-29, Block 91, McKenzie and Coffins Addition. The property is located in central Bismarck, along the south side of East Boulevard Avenue, between North 5th Street and North 6th Street (1030 North 6th Street).
• Request of Jeremy Glass and Roger and Kimberly Domson for approval of a special use permit to increase the square feet of an accessory building to 2,400 square feet on Lot 1, Block 3, East Ridge Second Subdivision. The property is located east of Bismarck, south of County Highway 10, along the east side of 80th Street NE and the north side of Red Oak Drive (8008 Red Oak Drive).
At these hearings, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
