Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. in the David J. Blackstead Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following issues:
• Request of Kenny Howard for approval of a Renaissance Zone project within the building at 101 North 5th Street. The property is owned by Susan Mae Morris Living Trust and is legally described as Lots 16-18, Block 46, Original Plat.
• Request of Marlon and Valarie Walters for approval of a Renaissance Zone project within the building at 323 North 1st Street. The property is owned by Kathryn and Dana Aitchison and is legally described as the West 100 feet of Lots 23-24, Block 110, Original Plat.
At this hearing, the Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to comment on these projects.
