Starting Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 8:00 am, the traffic signal at the intersection of 3rd Street and Avenue C will be turned off. A four-way stop will be put in place. The power outage is to work on upgrades to the signal at this intersection.
The four-way stop will be in place until the end of day Wednesday, November 29, 2017.
Congestion can be expected during peak hour traffic. Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
