The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is hosting a photo contest as part of the Bismarck-Mandan Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan. Photos will be judged in three separate categories for the chance to win great prizes. Photos must be received by 4:00m pm on Friday, July 7, 2017. Must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
