Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. in the David J. Blackstead Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following issue:
• Request of Mark Ruhland for a primary residential use within the building at 100 West Broadway Avenue as a Renaissance Zone project. The property, Suite 302, is within the parcel legally described as Lots 1-24, Block 58, Original Plat.
• Request of Lester and Patricia Neff for a primary residential use within the building at 100 West Broadway Avenue as a Renaissance Zone project. The property, Suite 320, is within the parcel legally described as Lots 1-24, Block 58, Original Plat.
• Request of Tana Trotter for assistance from the CORE Technical Assistance Bank program for the building at 122 North Mandan Street. The property is owned by Herman Eggers Revocable Living Trust and is legally described as Lots 1-6 and Lot 36, Block 30, Original Plat, and the vacated alley adjacent to said lots.
At this hearing, the Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to comment on this project.
