[ARCHIVED] South Washington, University Dr. & Wachter Ave. Intersections Affected by Power Outage Apr. 24

Montana-Dakota Utilities customers in south Bismarck will be without power from approximately 4 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Monday, April 24, weather permitting. The affected area includes south of Riverwood Drive to 48th Ave. SW, a small section of Third St. that expands east to University Drive south of Albany Drive, and ends southeast of the airport extending west to Washington St.

This outage will affect the following intersections:

1.         S. Washington St. & Wachter Ave.

2.         University Dr. &  E. Wachter Ave.

During the outage the traveling public will need to observe these intersections as a four way stop.

The estimated 90-minute outage is required to rebuild a transmission line that serves the area. Montana-Dakota recommends that customers take time to prepare for this outage by backing up or shutting down computers and other electronic equipment.
