Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Wachter Family Revocable Trust for approval of a final plat and zoning change from the R5-Residential and R10-Residential zoning districts to the R5-Residential, Conditional R10-Residential, RM10-Residential, RM15-Residential, Conditional CA-Commercial and P-Public zoning districts for Cottonwood Parkview Addition, a 96-lot subdivision on 70.2 acres. The property is located in south Bismarck, south of Santa Fe Avenue and north of Burleigh Avenue, along the east side of South Washington Street (being a replat of Auditor’s Lot J of the NW1/4 and SW1/4 and Auditor’s Lot K of the SW1/4 and part of the W1/2 of Section 16, T138N-R80W/Lincoln Township).
• Request of Sharon Spaedy and Great Plains Land for approval of a final plat for Freedom Ranch Subdivision, a one-lot subdivision on 13.21 acres. The property is located northwest of Bismarck, west of River Road, south of Sandy River Drive and approximately 650 feet south of the termination of Fernwood Drive (Government Lot 2 and Accreted Lands, Section 23, T139N-R81W/West Hay Creek Township).
• Request of Paramount Builders, Inc. for approval of a minor subdivision final plat for South Meadows Addition First Replat, an 11-lot subdivision on 2.35 acres. The property is located in south Bismarck, south of West Burleigh Avenue and west of South Washington Street (being a replat of Lot 22, Block 3, South Meadows Addition)
• Request of Bismarck Public School District for approval of a zoning change from the RM30-Residential zoning district to the P-Public zoning district for Lots 1-6, Block 5, Rolling Hills 1st Addition. The property is located in central Bismarck, north of East Boulevard Avenue and west of North 19th Street, directly adjacent to the existing site of Simle Middle School.
• Request of 161 Commercial, LLC for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the Conditional MA-Industrial zoning district for Auditor’s Lots 7 and Auditor’s Lot 8B of Auditor’s Lot 8 of the SE1/4 of Section 1, Lincoln Township. The property is east of Bismarck, between East Main Avenue/County Highway 10 and Apple Creek Road, along the west side of 52nd Street SE.
At these hearings, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
