The NDDOT and the ND Highway Patrol have issued a NO TRAVEL ADVISED in south central ND including the cities of Bismarck, Glen Ullin, Selfridge, Steele and Underwood due to strong winds,low visibility,blowing & drifting snow:hazardous driving conditions.
