NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS
CITY OF BISMARCK NORTH DAKOTA
Notice is hereby given that there has been filed by the order of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Bismarck, North Dakota, with the Assistant City Administrator thereof, the following request to transfer a Class D liquor license at 115 South Fifth Street from SHU, Inc. to Tonka Group, Inc. (dba The Elbow Room).
Notice is further given that the Bismarck City Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, at the hour of 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room of the City/County Office Building at 221 North Fifth Street, Bismarck, North Dakota to consider said matter and to hear testimony and evidence from persons interested therein.
