Starting at 9:00 am Tuesday, September 20, 2016, the eastbound lane of Rosser Avenue will be closed to through traffic between 15th Street and 16th Street for roadway repair.
A detour will be in place. Eastbound traffic will be detoured south to Thayer Avenue at 15th Street.
The closure will be in place until later in the day Tuesday.
Traffic should plan ahead and use alternate routes.
