Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Michael Koch for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the CG-Commercial zoning district for Koch Creek Commercial Subdivision. The property is located north of Bismarck, between US Highway 83 and North Washington Street, along the north side of ND Highway 1804.
• Request of Boustead Enterprises, LLC for approval of a zoning change from the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district to the RM15-Residential zoning district for Lots 1-3, Block 1, Sonnet Heights Subdivision. The property is located in north Bismarck, on the south side of 57th Avenue NE approximately a half mile west of US Highway 83.
• Request of Investcore, Inc. and Microvest, LLC for approval of a zoning change from the R5-Residential and R10-Residential zoning districts to the Conditional R10-Residential and RM15-Residential zoning districts for Lots 14-19, Block 4, South Meadows Addition. The property is located along the south side of Meridian Drive, west of South Washington Street and south of West Burleigh Avenue.
• Request of Bismarck Public Schools for approval of a zoning change from the P-Public zoning district to the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district for part of Lot 21, Lounsberry Outlots (former Saxvik Elementary School). The PUD zoning would allow the adaptive reuse of the property for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade before and after school programming, adult education training, community meeting space and office uses to support the proposed uses. The property is located in central Bismarck, along the east side of North 21st Street between East Rosser Avenue and East Avenue B (523 North 21st Street).
