Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold public hearings on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. in the David J. Blackstead Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota to consider the following requests:
• Request of Kadlec Enterprises, LLC for assistance from the CORE Technical Assistance Bank grant program for the building at 309 North 3rd Street. The property is owned by David Dick and E. Modean and is legally described as the Lots 17-18, Block 106, Original Plat
• Request of 114 on 3rd, LLC for assistance from the CORE Façade Incentive Grant for the building at 114 North 3rd Street. The property is owned by 114 on 3rd, LLC and is legally described as Lots 4-6, Block 52, Original Plat.
At these hearings, the Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to comment on each project.
