Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, April 14, 2009, approved an ordinance rezoning from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the R5-Residential zoning district on Lots 1-11, Block 1; Lots 1-16 and Lots 18-23, Block 2; and Lots 1-3, Block 3, and from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the P-Public zoning district on Lot 17, Block 1, Sattler’s Sunrise Eighth Addition.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
