Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold public hearings on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. in the David J. Blackstead Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following issues:
• Request Jim Barnhardt for assistance from the CORE Façade Incentive Grant Program, a CORE Incentive Program for the building at 223 East Main Avenue. The property is owned by Jim Barnhardt and is legally described as the north 140 feet of Lots 1-2, Block 6, Original Plat.
• Request of Bill Cleary for designation of the purchase of a primary residential condominium in a previously approved Renaissance Zone project at 100 West Broadway Avenue as a Renaissance Zone Project. The property is owned by Pine Properties and is legally described as Lots 1-24, Block 58, Original Plat.
At these hearings, the Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to comment on the project.
