The Envision BisMan 2040 LRTP is a community-driven process to identify goals, needs, priorities, and an implementation plan for the future transportation system in Bismarck, Mandan, Lincoln, and portions of Burleigh and Morton Counties. The public is invited to join us at a Public Open House meeting to help us envision our community's future and finalize priorities for the Bismarck-Mandan Long Range Transportation Plan.
