[ARCHIVED] Bismarck City Commission to hold public hearings.

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

• Request of Santa Fe, LLP, Capital Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Chad and Stacy Wachter for the annexation of South Meadows Addition. The property is located in southwest Bismarck along the south side of Burleigh Avenue and the west side of South Washington Street (All of Lot D of Section 20 & all of Lot D of the NE1/4, part of the SE1/4 & NE1/4 of Section 20, T138N-R80W/Lincoln Township).

• Request of Santa Fe, LLP, Capital Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Chad and Stacy Wachter for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the R5-Residential, R10-Residential, RM15-Residential, RM30-Residential and P-Public zoning districts for South Meadows Addition. The property is located in southwest Bismarck along the south side of Burleigh Avenue and the west side of South Washington Street (All of Lot D of Section 20 & all of Lot D of the NE1/4, part of the SE1/4 & NE1/4 of Section 20, T138N-R80W/Lincoln Township).

• Request of Kilber Investments, LLC for approval of a zoning change from the RM30-Residential zoning district to the RT-Residential zoning district on the North 180 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Kilber North Addition. The property is located in northwest Bismarck along the south side of 43rd Avenue NE, between Montreal Street and Boulder Ridge Road.

• Request of IRET Properties for approval of a zoning change from the RM30-Residential and P-Public zoning districts to the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district on Lots 1-3, Block 3, Edgewood Village 7th Addition. The PUD zoning district would allow the development of a 15-building apartment complex with up to 950 units. The property is located in northeast Bismarck, along the south side of 43rd Avenue NE, the east side of Nebraska Drive, the north side of Calgary Avenue and the west side of Minnesota Drive.

Descriptions of these requests are on file and may be viewed or copied any working day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the City-County Community Development Department, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.
