Starting at 6:00 am on Wednesday, April 30, 2014, 43rd Avenue will be reduced to a 20,000-pound Gross Vehicle Weight restriction between State Street / Hwy 83 and North 26th Street.
The reduction is due to a rapidly deteriorating roadway in that area.
Truck traffic needing to access housing developments east of 19th Street on 43rd Avenue will need to use 43rd Avenue from the east off of Centennial Road. This includes The Pointe and Grand Prairie Estates housing developments.
