[ARCHIVED] Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, September 24, 2013, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

• Request of Joanne and Roger Drevlow for approval of the annexation of Lot 14 less the East 314 feet, Block 4, KMK Estates 2nd Subdivision. The property is 1.87 acres and is located along the north side of Colt Avenue west of North Washington Street.

• Request of Edgewood Development Group, LLC for approval of a zoning change from the RM15 – Residential zoning district to the R10 – Residential zoning district for Edgewood Village Square Addition. The property is located in north Bismarck along the west side of Nebraska Drive between North Colorado Drive and East Calgary Avenue (a replat of Lot 1, Block 1, Edgewood Village Second Addition.)

• Request of Tammy and Robert Landsberger for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the RR –Residential zoning district for Alexander Subdivision. The property is located northeast of Bismarck along the east side of 52nd Street NE, between 43rd Avenue NE and 71st Avenue NE (part of the NW 1/4 of Section 7, T139N-R79W/Gibbs Township).

• Request of Wilment Properties, LLC for approval of a zoning change from the CA – Commercial zoning district to the PUD – Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning district for the North 250 Feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Northern Sky Addition. This property is located in northwest Bismarck along the west side of North Washington Street and the south side of Durango Drive.

• Request of the City of Bismarck for approval of an ordinance text amendment to Section 14-04-10 of the Bismarck Code of Ordinances relating to the CA – Commercial zoning district. The proposed ordinance will add the Education Use Group as a permitted use in this district.

Descriptions of these requests are on file and may be viewed or copied any working day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the City-County Community Development Department, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.
