Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. in the second floor conference room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following issue;
• Request of JS Bridal, LLC for designation of the lease of space in the building at 115 North 4th Street as a Renaissance Zone Project. The property is owned by J & J Smith Property Management, LLC and is legally described as Lots 19-20, Block 48, Original Plat.
At this hearing, the Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to comment on this project.
