Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 28, 2012, at the hour of 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City/County Office Building, 221 North Fifth Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, on the following:
· Ordinance 5861 relating to Use of an Electronic Communication Device by a Minor While Operating a Motor Vehicle Prohibited.
Notice is further given that the Bismarck City Commission will consider said matter and hear testimony and evidence to persons interested therein.
