The City of Bismarck has opened a sandbag disposal site effective immediately at Cottonwood Complex located in the Cottonwood Parking lot at Santa Fe and South 12th. This site is for disposal of sandbags and sand only. No other materials are accepted.
Pallets may be stacked neatly on the North side of the parking lot.
