NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A NON-ACCESS LINE
Notice is hereby given that there has been filed by the order of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Bismarck, North Dakota, with the Community Development Department ~ Planning Division thereof, a petition to vacate the easterly 25 feet of the non-access line along Canada Avenue on the south side of Lot 26, Block 10, Sonnet Heights Subdivision, which will reduce the length of the non-access line from 50 feet to 25 feet.
Notice is further given that the Board of City Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room of the City/County Office Building at 221 North Fifth Street, Bismarck, North Dakota to consider said matter and to hear testimony and evidence to persons interested therein.
