[ARCHIVED] Citizens Are Advised to Keep Sandbags in Place

Citizens are reminded to continue protecting your home and are advised not to take
any sandbags down at this point. The river is still very high and people need to be very cautious.While flows are forecasted to decrease they are still expected to stay at what's considered high levels in July and August.

Citizens are asked to remain heedful, keep sandbags in place and do what is necessary to protect your personal property.

Filled, unused sandbags can be returned to any of the self-fill sites.
a. Bobcat Site (Sandbag Charlie)b. Ash Coulee Water Tower
c. South 12th and Santa Fe Ave. Cottonwood site.

Unused, empty sandbags can be returned to the Bismarck Landfill.
