Support Services Deputy Chief
Deputy Chief Randy Ziegler
The support services Division is under the command of Deputy Chief Randy Ziegler. The Support Services Division plays a critical role behind the scenes by providing the essential recourses, technical support , and administrative functions that allow patrol officers, investigators, and leadership to do their jobs effectively. Some of the responsibilities that fall under the support services are records management, property, evidence, fleet management, facilities and equipment.

The Support Services Lieutenant oversees:
- Crime Prevention and Community Engagement
- Training
- Evidence
- Maintenance
- Mounted Police
- Internships and Volunteers
Administrative Services Lieutenant
Lt. Luke Gardiner
The administrative services Lieutenant is responsible for:
- Coordinates with HR and conducts all hiring processes for the department
- coordinating the selection and promotion of employees
- Oversees the department accreditation process
- Conducts internal investigations (under direction of Chief of Police)
- Coordinates special projects
- Coordinates the Department budget process
- Maintains personnel files
- Submits annual reports on the Department's functions.
Juvenile Services Lieutenant
Lt. Steven Scheuer
The Juvenile Services Lieutenant oversees:
- School Resource Officers (SROs)
- Police Youth Bureau (PYB)
- Crisis Care Chaplaincy
Fleet Management Lieutenant
Lt. Cody Trom
The Fleet Management Lieutenant oversees the vehicles, gear, and supplies for the department. This role ensures all patrol cars and specialty vehicles are maintained, equipment is safe and up-to-date, and officers have what they need to perform their duties effectively. They manage purchasing, repairs, inventory, budgeting, and supervise staff connected to fleet or equipment operations, making their work essential to daily department readiness.
