    Sanford Health is offering a new prescription on life-a customized six week workshop just for you. We know living with chronic health conditions keeps you from doing things in life that you love. A Better Choices, Better Health workshop will help you manage your health in a way that helps you get life back to the way it should be. Workshops are no charge and are recommended for patients with diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, cancer, lung disease, high blood pressure, MS, depression, any chronic health condition, or who are overweight.     This story time is for children held in caregiver laps for books, songs, and puppets. Through this story time interaction, your baby will develop language and social skills. Plus, story time fosters a close emotional relationship between you and your baby. Babies learn to associate books with the pleasure of being with parents, and this pleasure will translate to a love of reading.

    This story time is for all children, including those with sensory integration issues and their peers. A combination of books, songs, movement, and heavy work activities will be included in predictable routines, followed by a short activity period engaging the senses.
