Summer Concert Series-Peter Fletcher, Classical Guitar

The guitar virtuoso Peter Fletcher will be performing a free concert at the Bismarck Veteran's Memorial Public Library on Sunday, July 15 at 2:00pm. Fletcher has performed at venues all over the world, including Carnegie Hall, the George Eastman House, and NPR.
